Is this your business?
Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
I can’t believe this place has a bad rating. It’s miles better than any other car wash around and I was almost hesitant to leave a good review because I wanted to gate keep this gem of a place all to myself! For $35 they hand wash and vacuum (nearly a mini detail) my truck and it looks amazing every single time. We will be returning again and again. Save your “fast” money other places and come here instead!
Very rude staff. Not organized and mixing the customers. I paid $80 for Crown cleaning which has detailing and after 15 minutes they called me and said the car is ready! When I mentioned are you sure you did a right service for my car, they said oh then you have to wait it was a miscommunication and the manager came to me and questioned me and came up with a conversation from another customer and acting lime I am lying. Never gonna come back due to a rude staff and accusing me of a conversation that I didn't even have with them....!
Purchased a Groupon for 3 washes, which expired November 2024. Presented the Groupon to the cashier and was told they do not honor that discount any longer. Was then told that I needed to discuss the matter with Groupon. They did discount the car wash. However, when I inspected the job there was still bird droppings and dirt on the hood, roof and windsheild. I asked one of the individuals drying the car to see if he could remove it, and I'm not sure if he understood. So I simply took one of the towels and did the job myself. Not a good experience.
Had a Groupon I bought for a free wash. They would not honor it. They were so rude that I was afraid to let them near my vehicle for fear of intentional malfeasance. I would steer clear of this place. There are plenty of places to go that appreciate their customers.
I have been going there for years, their work quality has slowly been on the decline. All came to a head today. I took my car to be washed. When they were done, I pointed out the front end and parts of the bumper were still dirty. Another worker came over, looked at the car then walked to a basket collected a towel and spray bottle. I told him I did not want it being sprayed and the dirt moved around possibly scratching my car. I told him I would like it washed again. He took it back to be washed again. Shortly later, I saw him speaking with a female who in turn walked over to me (I failed to get her name). She told me she had to look at the car in order to see what was wrong, and chances are it was a bad wax job, already trying to blame something else. We walked over, looked at it and said she would take care of it. Instead of running it through the wash again, she drove it to the drying area, went to a basket and grabbed spray wax (written on the bottle) and a towel. I walked over to her and told her I did not want that done. I also said, if she is not going to run it through the wash again, I want a refund. She said she would not give me a refund, stating they already put work into it (although not good work). She then stated she has been doing this for a long time and to just let her do her job. I told her I did not want wax on my car because it was ceramic coated. She replied while rolling her eyes, “really from the dealership?” Customer service, quality of work and common courtesy is not utilized at the car wash, unless things change, I would definitely not recommend.
