Julio and Dan were great. Very upfront and honest. Helped me with my KIA. Price is much cheaper than the dealer and the service is great. Reviews are accurate. Would highly recommend
I spoke with Julio about my airbag warning light . He had me bring my Car in right away and even informed of some other things that needed to be taken care of soon . Julio and all the guys at CAARS have such a great attitude, are patient with customers and get the job done fast and professional!!! Thanks guys . My Car drives like a dream
Incompetence is putting it mildly. CAARS was used by a local body shop to handle the mechanical portion of my collision damage. They took weeks to repair something that can be done in a few hours (My best guess is that they didn't do a thorough damage assessmemt and called my estimator out roughly 5x to repair a strut, control arm, wheel hub, and brake caliper). To make matters worse, they missed my broken engine mount and made me go back on 2 additional occasions because they were too incompetent to isolate the damage when I test drove the car with them. It still gets worse. They installed a poor quality brake caliper on my car that wasn't clear coated which caused it to rust twice. Not the rotor, the caliper. That 1 caliper has also since malfunctioned and caused excess break wear (the other 3 pads and rotors wear like normal). I cannot stress enough how annoyed I am at this shop for their shoddy work.
On Tuesday morning on 10/16/24 to get my brakes, checked out when they finish working on my car look at the brakes when they were taking off my brakes. They were using the wrong socket to take off my rims. The socket they were using was too big for my lug nut the socket they were using scratch all my rims on my truck. The socket in my hand is the right size for my custom wheels on my truck. The socket I have it would not Scratch my Rims then I went Back there, tell them they scratch my rims and lie in my face. We did not do that but I went back to American tires when I got my new tires two weeks ago I asked The guy who worked on my car were there scratches near lug nut area and the guy said no And the guy told me they were using the wrong size socket. That’s how your rims got scraped.
Caars did an excellent job with my service. From start to finish, I couldn’t be more pleased. The original assessment was honest and accurate. They even recommended me to wait a bit longer to have the work done. Then when it was time, they had all the information on hand and were so easy to work with. I’m so glad I found them!
