I like going here because it's quiet and the seats recline but this cinema sure needs some maintenance! The faux leather on the seats have completely deteriorated and peeled off. Sound can be inconsistent at times, way too loud or not loud enough! The staff don't look happy to be there either! Restrooms are pretty poorly maintained. The place needs some work.
I love this theater with the luxury reclining seats! Such nice upgrade from a regular theater. The staff was friendly and the theater and restrooms were clean. I highly recommend this theater for movie watching. Parking is convenient in the structure underneath it and there escalators and elevators as well
OMG this is one of the worst theaters I’ve been to in a very long time. The lobby looked like a bomb went off with popcorn all over the place and the seats upholstery is torn or worn away. I could understand how f this was a $2 movie theater but it’s not. It’s a full price theater.
Tried to see a movie today (9/26/24) My husband and I can’t walk a lot, we rely on escalators and elevators. No such luck. Neither of those were working. I’m not able to do stairs, the only thing available to get to the movie theater level. How are they even staying open!
Seating in the theater was worn out. Faux leather was completely removed from arm rests and seats springs were completely worn and lumpy. By the end of the movie or was hard to sit there. They really really need to renovate.
